PR for Schools and Coaching Centres in Guwahati

Admissions, results, new campuses and awards are real news in Guwahati. We write your press release and publish or pitch it, so parents find your story when they look you up.

Parents look you up before they visit

Choosing a school or a coaching centre is a big decision. Parents ask other parents, search your name on Google and read the local news. An honest story in a newspaper or news portal gives them one more reason to trust you.

Most institutions announce admissions through advertisements. News is different: a newsroom runs it because readers care. Results, scholarships, new facilities and community work are all stories an editor can use.

We find the news in what you already do, write it as a press release, and publish or pitch it on the outlets that fit your goal and budget. To try it yourself first, read our guides on getting featured in Assam newspapers and writing a press release.

Keep every claim honest

Results and rankings are what parents notice first, so every number should be one you can prove. Name students only with their permission, and avoid promises such as guaranteed selection or the best results.

For coaching centres this is also a legal point. In November 2024 India’s Central Consumer Protection Authority issued guidelines on misleading advertisements in the coaching sector. They bar false claims about selection rates, rankings and guaranteed admissions, and say a student’s name, photo or testimonial can be used in an advertisement only with written consent given after the student’s success. Read them before you announce results. This is general information, not legal advice.

Questions schools and coaching centres ask

Can a school or coaching centre get featured in newspapers?

Yes, if the story is real and local. Newsrooms look for results, new facilities, scholarships and community work. Editors decide what they publish, so earned coverage is never guaranteed.

No, and nobody honestly can. Paid packages are published on the websites listed in the package, and we always tell you which is which. Earned coverage depends on the editor.

As soon as it is confirmed, on a weekday morning, with a clear photo. Old news is rarely used.

Press release packages start at ₹6,240 per release. The price depends on how many websites you want and which ones. See all packages on our pricing page.

Our work is online and on WhatsApp, so we can work with schools and coaching centres across Assam and the Northeast.
